Overview
Sajilo Restaurant Management is the company's own cloud POS, built for how restaurants in Nepal actually serve. Orders taken on a tablet or phone flash to the kitchen display the moment they are sent, with every modifier and note attached, and the floor is notified the moment each dish is ready. Billing is IRD compliant: VAT and PAN details print on every receipt, service charge is calculated per branch, and every order, bill, payment and expense falls into official Nepali fiscal year batches, so closing Ashad is a one click cut instead of a week in a spreadsheet. The till settles cash, card, QR, eSewa, Khalti, IMEPay and Fonepay into one reconciliation, and when a business opens a second outlet, every branch still reports into one dashboard, with its own menu, prices and tax settings. Staff access is granular, with per role permissions and a ninety day audit history, and billing keeps working offline with automatic sync when the connection returns.
